Located within Residencial San Felipe, our restaurant is a vibrant urban space that blends gastronomy, mixology, visual design, and music to create a unique experience that transcends the conventional and promotes a new style of cuisine.

Our name comes from Mexico’s international dialing code (+52), reflecting our mission: to connect with Mexico through flavors, combining the richness of its culture and culinary techniques with Peru’s diverse ingredients and global cuisines.

CRISTIAN RUIZ

We start with Mexico because our chef, Cristian Ruiz, is Mexican, but his cuisine reflects his culinary journey. Cristian has been influenced by important culinary traditions such as Nikkei, Peruvian, and other international cuisines.

Throughout his travels, he has explored and gathered the most umami-rich flavors he has discovered, both in restaurants and in everyday life.

Our menu reflects the vision of Chef Cristian Ruiz: a reimagined Mexican cuisine with creativity, local ingredients, and global techniques, while staying true to its roots in every bite.

OUR TORTILLAS

We have developed an exceptional product using Andean ingredients: our artisanal tortillas. After more than four years of perfecting our recipe, we now have a B2B model that brings our tortillas to supermarkets, restaurants, and food businesses. Thanks to the ancestral nixtamalization process, we guarantee quality and authenticity in every tortilla.
